Anyone had any luck with Corsair? I have a valid s/n but not a physical product. They want my stuff before they send me new stuff. How rude!

Try getting a receipt and say you shipped it just didn't pay for the tracking and upload the receipt. Or you could try paying for tracking and just box them.

I've yet to experience an SE taking over one month to finalize, let alone 3 months.
For Informative purposes, what ultimately led to the successful outcome?

What's the exact weight and dimensions?
Also, on what grounds are they requesting the return of the Item?
