I have been thinking in using the wrong item received when orderin a Microsoft Surface PRO. Packet weight is 1646 grams. And them order 500 paper of photycopy paper from the same site under a different name which weight about the same as the laptop. And call them I received the photopaper instead. Any thoughts on this.?

This method has been proven to be effective however due to the cost of the Item, do expect an Investigation opened, along with a lengthy claims process.

As long as the item weights roughly the same, it will work. I've done it with Amazon and Best Buy with great success. Good luck!

You order with a different name but the same address? Hmm seems like they would be suspicious but I could see it working.

The laptop is soon here. I cant make up my mind which method I should go for. Wrong item received seems more plausible but I have succeded before with a ”tampered” package and claimed it was empty. Any thoughts?

It just came to me. Some companies ship their stuff with nothing but the original box with no other package so the wrong item method would be kind of problematic. Shame, I,ll maybe have to return the damn thing....
