Failed Refund asking for police report in amazon

I bought airpods and they said they would investigate now they said they need a police report or they wont do anything

I am no expert what so all but if you are confident enough ring them up and tell them there is no need for it. make up an excuse blah blah and stick with it. They should hopefully continue without one. You might want to double check this.

As I keep mentioning, a police report Is part of company protocol to move forward with your claim.

Simply file one and await their reply.

Can someone get more information on a chargeback, I did a lot of refunds but for this item, I did a chargeback with Amazon for 2 go pro 1k$ because they were not giving a refund after trying a lot of ways to do it including the police report.
Can someone get me more information if chargebacks are successful and worth a try with amazon?

I don't believe you can PP chargeback amazon. All the services I've seen on PP claims have never been amazon.

Just file a police report or call them up and make an excuse to why you can't file the police report.

I'd save that as a last resort.
