Method:
SN can be your own, or you just text someone on ebay / local marketplace.
You'll need to register the GPU on ASUS.
After that registered you'll now need to go to https://www.asus.com/us/support/ and request a an RMA for a repair that you need to print out
Once received the RMA you'll need to box the company
After you've shipped it you'll get a message from them once its been delivered saying it was empty, then bullshit them like"I sent out my gpu for repair and now you're telling me the box was empty? whats going on?"
If they tell you they are looking into it, you should be good and they should dm you again saying its their fault and they'll send you a replacement within a few days.

simple method. Do you know if ASUS offers advanced replacement at all? I have a feeling the weight of the empty box would raise some red flags

That's provided the GPU does not register a significant weight on consignment, and the details are not cross-checked with the carrier thereafter.

If so, the SE will fail, hence boxing with a substitute Item (example, dry Ice) Is paramount.
