I have wanted to buy some classical literature for some time now, and they all cost atleast 20$ or more per piece. I was hoping to make one large order in one go and then maybe do a refund for it, buy it with a bottle of perfume and then tell CS that it shattered and made all books wet and I get a full refund, but then it would have to be ordered from a website like Amazon. Right? Does anyone know any 'easier' ways to go about this, I have never done Amazon, and I imagine it is difficult to do them today with all of the people doing that website for years.

You can easily refund from Amazon. I would prefer DNA due to the significant weight of a bunch of books.

Most likely, they'll request photos of the broken glass and spillage on the books- regardless who the company Is.

As mentioned above, the DNA Is best suited.
