1. No.
2. Provided you're dealing with Newegg, no.
3. Irrelevant- name the Item you're planning to SE.

Are you sure about 1?
I've seen some companies that look into the account history, normally the more orders they have, the easier is the refund. At least this is what I notice, can not be the case for Newegg tho

Do remember that as far as the company Is concerned, the SE Is a legit claim, hence there's no reason to decline It If the SE Is executed accordingly.
For Instance, If I had an account with only a single Item purchased and made a "legit claim" for a refund/replacement due to a faulty Item, It would not be rejected. The same applies when SEing. You need to treat It and give It the appearance of a genuine claim.

Agree, but it is way easier with a trusted account because they can see that you are a legit customer. It is like going to a fruit shop, you go there the first time, and you complain about spoiled fruits, probably the shop owner will say fuck off. If you are regular, and you complain only once in a while, probably the owner will refund you easy. But yes, online it is kinda different, but it has some value IMHO.

Idk about 1 either. Newegg seems to be more security focused than Amazon imo. I did them once and it was on an account I had a few legit purchases and they still ended up closing the account lol. Idk, maybe that just shitty luck on my part.

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @

I certainly agree that an aged account with legit purchases, holds better ground than a fresh one. No doubt about It.
That said, If your SE Is prepared and executed effectively, any account will do the job.

in terms of this completely agree with @
mothered An aged and account with valid purchases just proofs that you have already been a trustworthy customer therefore they won't grill you as much in terms of the questions and etc. Newegg itself is a platform basically like amazon so just don't worry about brands just execute the SE with precision.

I've seen you repeat that line over and over again I just thought about it. Your talking to the a employee that in some cases may not even give you refund because they're having a bad day. Most refunds refunds are given due to how you present yourself in my opinion. You aren't talking to a policy maker or someone who memories all the policies and will agree with them
