Hi,

Managed to find some RAM for sale on Ebay with all the serials/part numbers visible. I contacted Corsair and said that the RAM was faulty and that the store I purchased from said I would need to contact them. They asked me to provide pictures of the RAM and the fake receipt in which I was able but when they finally approved my RMA they asked me to send the RAM to them to be repaired/replaced.

To be honest I was just expecting a replacement or something to be sent so that I could then ignore any future emails from them. Did I do something wrong down the line or is this typical procedure?

Sometimes that happens, you can always box them, create any excuse, or buy a faulty ram and send them that.

Can i Use a ReShip adress if i live in EU for getting stuff? (ReShip adress ned to be on fake name ?)! Will work if is advance replacement? But if required boxing what should i do ?

Depends on the company, some have strict policies others are more lenient.

This all depends on what type of item and what type of shipping they used.
