I have recently tried to se pioneer for a ddj-rb and they have told me to contact a service company, what should i say to them?
The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

Please provide further Information, such as the SE method used, their reason for asking to contact the service company and so forth.

I tried to get a in warranty replacement from them by saying the product wouldn't turn on and they said that it needs to be inspected for a possible issue

no, they said to send it out to a repair place for inspection
