Image is broken.
Curse you, I can't have my daily laugh lol. Although it would be hilarious to read that convo. Wish is in China isn't it?

Interesting. I was always under the impression that they were Chinese.
Edit: They seem super oblivious to everything. Not going to lie.

Strange that its block by China's firewall, Wish makes extensive use of their horrible logistics platform WishPost which often times works directly with ChinaPost.
Regardless, most of the sellers are Chinese, which is why Wish as an app is willing to let stuff slide, alongside that I'm aware that much of their internal staff is located in China, but the company itself ContextLogic is located in the United States and the overall system is run over here.

It's definitely not pointless to refund Wish.com and it's probably the easiest refund you'll ever do. You'll NEVER get denied or declined a refund, ever.
I went in for a £700 order first time and grabbed tablets, power banks, drones, phones - the usual suspects. I was able to re-sell it all for about £320 on eBay and get my full refund back from Wish. Not amazing amounts of money but you can make some serious cash if you continue to refund over & over again.
I made my order on the 3rd of May and I got my 'final' refund on June 12th.
Regardless if the items turn up or not, just ask for a refund. I think out of the 15 items I ordered, I only received 13!
Grab 10 x powerbanks and refund them, even if you get £8-10 for them on eBay, you'll still be making a few quid!
