CCTV Is of no relevance when you formulate your method effectively. If It's light enough, the package was tampered with during transit, hence you didn't receive the Item.

The Item weighed like 0.5kg as it was just a top. Harder to use the missing item method the more it weighs right?

500 grams Is a little too heavy for the missing Item method.

When opting for this method, the weight Is of the utmost Importance.

Ah right.

Ah right.

Also remember that It's always the weight of the "Item" (net weight), and not the Item & packaging (gross weight).

Ah gotcha bro. What's the rule of thumb with using the missing item method, as in like maximum weight you can use it for?

Generally speaking, 100 grams Is the maximum.

That said, some carriers round up the weight to the nearest figure, so on these grounds, you can go heavier.

I was planning on doing wrong item with this company. But if the quote cctv would this not make my planned method fail?

It depends at what stage the CCTV was taken, anything could've happened at the point of dispatch.

To be on the safe side, use the DNA method.

If you do plan to use the DNA method like I did, be prepared for the delivery driver to come to your door asking questions. Flannels is a well established luxury clothing company so it'd make sense for them to be a bitch to SE (or maybe I just got the shit end of the stick for this one). The only other luxury apparel company I can recommend is END clothing which has some pretty nice Valentinos if you're into those since I've had 3 successful SEs from them. They do take the piss though.

Good luck on your exams though my guy.

And this will be the result of an Investigation opened.
