I completely forgot about this thread.
I realize It's been a while, but for Informative purposes, what was their exact response?

after i sent the shoes to adidas from what i remember there wasnt much communication, whenever i went to speak on live chat they always just told me the return is being processed which took way longer than it shouldve, i called them after a few weeks and i found out that the shoes i returned are being sent back to me as they didnt pass the return stage for some reason, i made a paypal case saying i got the wrong item and after like 2 weeks paypal requested for me to send back the shoes, i got my refund a few days later

I even caught this before it was delivered, called paypal to inform them they said yahyah no problem. Couple days later return gets delivered so the refund goes out my account, I call them back pissed af and they keep telling me they can't do anything I should've had the correct return address listed in the first place. The company is a clusterfuck lol.(12-01-2019, 06:11 AM)C8Stingray Wrote: Paypal seems to be pretty seperate from the victim company during a claims process. Sadly that's PayPal for you. Many people are being fucked over by their lack of communication with the selling parties. Either way, glad it worked out.
