How to manipulate HR and get a job? #1
This forum seems to be very specific to getting goods for free, but I was wondering if we could start a valuable discussion on Social Engineering Human Resources / your future boss into being offered a job, specially at an interview stage?

From personal experience I can say professional accomplishments are important but not nearly as much as your presentation and communication skills at the interview stage. You'll want to show passion, energy, assertiveness and a dominanting character, alongside with a proven ability to dominate the jargon specific to the position you're applying to, in order to be considered a top candidate.

But I want to go deeper with the conversation. How can we actually manipulate the interviewer into believing we are the best? what lies, performance tricks, body language, key words, can we use to garantee that well paid position?

All opinions and comments will be very much appreciated!

There is no guaranteeing a job when it comes to an interview. The best you could do is boost your chances with the methods you have already described above.

As for my opinion, you can employ all sorts of tricks like boasting your performance or lying about your resume to exploit HR's requirements for the position but it all boils down to one thing. If you are hired, how long can you maintain the lie? The thing with SEing for goods is that it is essentially one and done. I buy an item from Amazon , I exploit their human firewall and receive my refund+item, it ends right there. For employment , it is an ongoing endeavor to not only fool HR but to fool the company until you find yourself capable of performing the task you are being paid big bucks for. Failure to fake it until you make it bears several consequences. On the light side , that would be termination. On the heavier side it would be legal action on the basis of you costing the company money and being blacklisted for that particular industry.

I'd recommend only doing this for a position you are confident you can either pick up in a month or are already knowledgeable in. Hopefully others can chime in.

Oh, but I'm picturing the everyday scenario of people who are fully eligible for the job but won't get it because competition is fierce. Let's just assume we are all capable of doing the job - a non-technical or highly specialized position -, and we need to nail it at the interview stage with Social Engineering means to kill the competition. Its very often the case that anyone can flip a burger, but not everyone will actually be offered the no-brainer job at the burgers company.

The result you want in your job search very often depends on a well-written resume. I think this is the basis of everything. By the way, never wrote a resume yourself. Always collaborated with this resource https://craftresumes.com/guaranteed-resu...-services/. Very high quality and structured all.

leave an impression. if HR is doing the hiring hand that person a $5 gift card from starbucks

before you head to an interview find out who is hiring and semi stalk their online presence for their interests so you can randomly have something to talk about for hours or you can find out their favorite foods for example if this person drinks a lot of coffee make sure you are standing right behind them at starbucks then offer to pay !!! next wait a few days-maybe a week or 2 for the interview. you guaranteed to stick out in their mind

i'll be attempting this myself for networking. will check back by end of year let you guys know how it went

Be very careful. Bribes and stalking can be VERY illegal... If you can be subtle enough to pull this off, I'd be impressed. Few people have that subtlety. It may simpler and more time efficient to research the company and make sure you're applying to somewhere you're suited to.

you're right but i think OP wants an edge and being suited for a job isn't enough these days when there is nepotism and other factors. the hiring process is one of the most BS systems in the world

the gift card trick is something i've learned in marketing
