Just purchased some AirPods from Best Buy Canada. Received them the other day. They were delivered to my mailbox and not my front step like I was hoping.

Should I still continue and say never received? or should I say received but box was empty?

They will 100% investigate, but if you're very persistant they will eventually give you a refund. I have done it before, (bestbuy.ca) kind of a pain the process takes more than 3 weeks, I would recommend amazon instead.

Imo you will have more luck with empty box , they may be able to prove that you received the item. They can't however prove the box had the airpods in.

Amazon.ca does not have AirPods. That was my reasoning for using Best Buy.

Did not arrive, Canada post was calling me everyday and asking questions.

Did you get it in a box? I got it in a plastic packet. The empty box might work, but risky, go for DNA, regardless, the method doesn't matter. All that really matters is the execution.
