There's always a way to exploit the human firewall, Inclusive of company policy.

As with every SE, the Item(s) must first be analyzed and the method will be based on It's findings. How much do they weigh?

To be honest with you, i have no idea how much they weigh. But they shouldn't be too heavy. I'd guess they are a bit heavier than an ordinary belt because of the buckle.

I'm just trying to establish a suitable method, that will have a high success rate.

For Instance, If they're light and barely register a weight on consignment, the "missing Item" method will suffice. If not, the "wrong Item received" method can be used. And of course, the carrier-based universal method, namely the good old DNA will also work.

Will do. But I'm leaning towards having someone do it for me instead.

It's your call.

I do suggest to give It a shot yourself- It'll be a good learning experience. Even If It fails, take the positive out of the negative and you'll know what "not to do" the next time around.

You're right. I'll try to do it myself for a different item tho.

Once you perform quite a few successful SEs, your confidence level builds, and you'll find It becomes somewhat second nature with every SE thereafter.

I know for sure I can't do phone calls, but I can do live chats. My voice doesn't sound like I'm old enough. Some websites only offer emails and phone calls as a contact option. My first time was Amazon and that was so easy using their live chat option.

The way you Interpret your own voice, Is not the same as how other's perceive It.

You'll also find that an Intense conversation (SEing with a high volume of requests), overrides one's ability to dedicatedly focus on the nature of the recipient's voice.

It's better than only the one option, particularly an email.

A phone call requires an Instant response- no time to think nor plan ahead. With an email, you can sit there all night and think about the best course of action, hence I recommend novice SE'ers use the email gateway prior to exhausting phone calls/live chat.
