In the middle of a Logitech SE for a G512 keyboard , after telling them that the ESC key doesn't work and that it cannot be returned since I purhcased it from Maplin I am at this stage :

The POP is fine , I have a reciept which I have filled out and photographed with random invoice numbers and product codes etc... Serial number I have as well

The only issue is a video of the issue , any ideas on what I should do?
