I just ordered an item just about £300 , it's due Monday. What's my best bet to say to them. It's very small and shiny lol. Should I say never came as I need to be refunded like very fast indeed by the 7th of march to be exact. Please help, I'm kinda set to go but would love a pro to weigh in and help. Cheers.

I would advise you to return the item as you cannot rely on your refund being processed by a certain date. The same rule applys from betting here - don't bet what you can't afford to lose

I'm kinda commited now as it's purchased and all. How quick can they refund usually. Is to say it never came better than saying it's an empty box. It's a r ing and weighs almost nothing. Surely saying nothing in the box can be more prompt than saying it never came.

Why do you require it to be refunded by a certain date?

If it is going to a credit/debit card then it will take a few days after it has been processed.

The time will vary bank to bank.

If you just want giftcard balance, then it will take 1-2 hours, maybe slightly more.
