When you create a new account, can you still use credit cards under your name?
Are you concerned about the probability of the accounts being linked?

You can. But they'll be linked (eventually).
Just get a Monzo or Starling account (free), name your new account with YOUR surname but a different first name. Adapt your address to look slightly different. E. g. "10 West Streett" would be fine as most couriers only look at the door number + post code. As long as the small details in the account are different, they shouldn't link it.

Yes, due to the name on the credit cards mostly.

You can use the same name, but the timing between each SE Is crucial.
Just remember that as far as Amazon Is concerned, every SE Is legit, so It's no different to submitting a legitimate claim.
