Tried to do the Logitech method with a keyboard. Got the serial number for it. Contacted them saying I had bought it off amazon and sent a photo of fake invoice. Told them it was faulty wouldn’t work and wouldn’t acknowledge my pc etc. And now they’ve told me to contact the retailer I bought it from. Whay do I do or say now? And if you say why didn’t I do it by phone. Cause I rang at least 10 times and all ten times the same bloke answered called blood Solomon. And I already tried with him and he said to contact the retailer and send photos of the device not working. Need help

Seems like you went straight for the request of the replacement, you have to take it slow when it comes to SE'ing. It's either going to be a 10-30 min call SE for accounts and around 2-7 days via Email & phone for products and what not, At least in my experience

Deal with them over email. Get a picture of the device with the serial number and send it to them. You won't get anywhere without one unless you're really good.

If they're asking you to contact retailer, you have to work your SE magic and tell him that you've already contacted them and they told you you're outside of their warranty and they've advised you to talk to Logitech directly.

SEing is all about how you deal with the company in question. If you give up when they're asking you to contact the retailer, you've failed already.

Keep at it and find ways through it.

I've figured out how to easily do Logitech now, after my 4th time of trying.

By trying & trying again, it's taught me new methods on how to successfully manipulate my way through their obstacles.

I've also had them admit that RMA's can't be cross-checked, so if you SE them once, you will probably be able to do it again and again and again and again and again and it'll never flag on their system that you've had about 90 replacements.

Because what if they asked for proof of purchase? i followed a method on here and they linked a fake invoice generator for amazon

I would advise not using an amazon fake invoice generator since ive read that sometimes the reps check the amazon order ID by actually contacting amazon to see if its legit. Use other POP if possible.
