All good, no problem at all.

You can use the DNA method (and any method for that matter) multiple times, however the timing between each SE Is crucial. I suggest waiting a minimum of 3 weeks, preferably a month.

Do note that as far as Amazon Is concerned, your SE, and every other, Is genuine. So If you've claimed that an Item did not arrive on legit grounds, there's no reason for Amazon to decline It, correct? The very same applies when SEing- they're under the Impression that It's true to It's word, hence you need to look at It from that perspective and treat It as such, rather than an act of exploitation.

So since its coming next week, do I just wait another week or 2 and then mention that I never received it?

In this case, you need to mention It Immediately. Not doing so, may cause Issues. That Is, why would anyone claim It didn't arrive 2 weeks after It's delivery date?

For future reference, perform the SE around 3-4 weeks apart.

Just be careful "when" you say that you didn't receive It.

Leaving a huge gap from the time It was dispatched to when you advised It wasn't received, does raise suspicion.

Okay so turns out my packaged came way earlier than expected. Spoke to a rep and used the empty box method (was a cpu, which weighs almost nothing). And got the option to get a refund to my cc or credits and I took the credits. Very easy.

When an Item does not register a weight on consignment ("net weight"), they cannot cross-reference the carrier, hence the successful outcome.

Good work.
