Does anyone have any experience with refunding Oneplus 6T in USA?

Same as every other company.
Don't focus on the company per se, but rather their policy/terms and most Importantly, the vulnerabilities In their representatives.

Yes, I did it for 1 oneplus6 & 2 oneplus 6t about a month ago. Different addresses/names. About 5 days processing time then replacement issued via same shipping option as original.
I have opted for their standard shipping (US Address). Did they do an investigation? Their shipping FAQs say they will do a full investigation. Please advice. Thank you.

Sure they investigated which consisted of the carrier calling and i said did not arrive. then they shipped me new product.

As I keep mentioning, an Investigation Is nothing more than company protocol to move forward with the claim. In fact, the majority have a successful outcome.
This clearly demonstrates that.
