FedEx CALL #1
So I got a refund for the item a couple of days ago and today Fedex just called me and they were wanting to talk about the package and I just said the person wasn't here right now and I gave them a random name and said the person would call back later. (Obviously I'm not gonna call back) But does anyone know why they called? What did they want?

Never heard of this, they may just have some random questions. ‘Was the package damaged/tampered with when you received it’ or something along those lines. Smile

They are usually calling due to an investigation lodged by the merchant. Can you give us more details to this?

Ordered from a website and paid a refunder to refund it for me, got the refund like 5 days ago and only yesterday they called me. I have the refund already, but I don't know what they want.

Given you've received the refund, your claim has been finalized, hence there's no requirement for further Intervention from the carrier.

If they (FedEx) have any questions, politely tell them to call the company whom they've dealt with during the time of delivery.

Okay, I was told just to ignore them from some others as well as my refunder. They also left a voicemail but I ignored it.

I'm at a loss as to why they're hassling you.

You have no association with them whatsoever. The "company" Instructed the carrier (on consignment) to deliver the package, not "you", so any discrepancies or concerns should be addressed directly with the company.

Me too. How long before they give up and stop calling me? Because they called again like 20m ago.
