Informations:
  • Company name: 8BitDo
  • Website: http://www.8bitdo.com
  • Contact form/email: 8BitDo Support - support@8bitdo.com
  • Country: Worldwide
  • Requirements: Photoshop skills; time

Method:

1. Make up an excuse and contact them;
2. They will troubleshoot for around 3-5 emails to finally send in the controllers;
3. Say "ok no worries"; wait for about 1.5 to 2 weeks and ask them if they received it;
4. They will eventually ask for the tracking number or the proof of postage where you "sent" the package. If not, wait until they ask it or made them saying it;
5. You will then have to send the Photoshopped proof. You can use a USPS model or one specific of your country (without tracking number is better);
6. They will be worried as the controller didn't reach them;
7. Force them telling it's taking way too long and find an excuse;
8. They will ship a replacement;
9. Profit Smile

How much skill would you say was needed for the USPS receipt?

Seems simple enough.

I can come up with a number of excuses, but what did you use?

Well damn, looks like a pretty cool method and a pretty cool product as well. I might give it a try if I get the time.

I went with a classic excuse, something like the Bluetooth won't work anymore.

Typical excuse, yet quite effective.
