Dear Customer,
First of all we want to thank your contact with the Technical Support.
The legal guarantee of your device is 3 years. The first 24 months is the store who must take charge.
In case the store refuses to repair, please attach the message of the store where, in effect, it says that they will not proceed and the purchase invoice.
Thank you for your cooperation.
For any questions / suggestions, we are at your disposal.
What can i do? I already have the invoice but i don't know what to do about the message? Any ideas?

This is what i told them:
Code:
You see, I have come to discuss a problem that has happened to me a few days ago, and that I do not know what to do really, I tell you.
In April, I bought this graphic on my birthday as an autoregal to work from home, since before I had an R5 240 that I did not use to work graphically or to play video games.
The problem comes a few days ago, I turned on the normal computer, and started to start my programs as usual, then I noticed that the PC was starting to get a little stuck and was starting to heat up when I touched the computer with my hand, and this never It had happened to me. Then I left the computer on to see if the computer was cleaning the disk or something and suddenly it turned off completely and tried to turn it on again but this time the computer did not give a signal and after restarting it several times, I opened the computer and I noticed a certain burning smell, I turned it off and looked for the problem although visually there was none. The smell came from the graphics, and to check, I put my old R5 to see if it gave a signal, I turned on the computer and yes it gave a signal.
The truth is that I do not know what has happened, because I have not used it too much, I use all the games to a minimum and I really do not know what happened.
Thanks in advance.
And yeah, i told them that i bought the graphic in 28/04/2018 so it's in warranty of the web

Seems like you're going to have to either give up or photoshop something up with the company letterhead.

They told to send the message. I photoshoped a message i sent to the shop saying that they are unable to exchange my graphics card because they have problems with distribution with this product.

As In via post/mail?
If so, were any special Instructions given- tracking/registered or express post etc?

They'll likely ask for the product back.

This Is why I continue to ask questions prior to providing my thoughts- I need to Identity & establish the full scope of the matter.
Given they did not specify tracking/registered mail, tell them you've sent/posted It (of course you'll do nothing of the sort), and ask why they're taking so long to sort It out. Obviously they will not receive It. If they request to send It again, give the Impression that you're extremely frustrated and do not have the time nor the patience to obtain the paperwork all over again.
