I was going to create a thread but saw this. My good friend did this for a 700 dollar order with multiple items, had a partial on the rest then for the expensive item he sent back books and got it back. Now I'm going to attempt a laptop single package and say I received books roughly same weight as the package. Interesting maneuver to order something amazon stocks and say that came instead of x item. Good luck op I'm trying a 3,xxx laptop, account very aged.

It would help if you finish a thread with the final outcome as it prevents people like me who come across the thread sometime after, intrigued to know how it all ended and being accused of “grave digging” trying to find out the last piece of the puzzle.
