I have not attempted photoshopping the serial, as they never ask for a picture of the damage / device at all, they ask for shipping details and then as for me to ship back Sad

Yea. I am so disappointed sometimes. I spend all this time and effort to photoshop the serial numbers and then they don't ask for the picture.
Sometimes I obsess so much that the photoshopped image looks more real than the original. lol
But in my case they don't ask for me to send the device back.

Thanks, I assume we write the S/N as 'text' and then it will generate the QR Code?

Yeah. Its actually a datamatrix code, but most QR code apps can read it.
