Nike Refund help 10-05-2018, 04:21 PM

So I wanted to refund Nike, asking for advice. I see that the order was weighted and the driver asked for some of my data from my IDcard, he scribbled a signature. Which is the safest approach? Going full DNA or partial? Order has about 3 Kg, 2 sneakers and a hoodie.

Anything under $500 is usually safe for a full refund if it came in one box, if it came in multiple you will be able to refund most of it.

He got the series from my Idcard, every district assigns one to a citizen. I got one box. I was thinking that if I try to partial ref they know the weight..

It's weighed on consignment, so don't do a full DNA. Depending on the weight of the Item, do a partial (Item missing).
Alternatively, the wrong Item received method will also work. Purchase something significantly cheaper (at around the same weight) that they obviously stock. Send that when they request the return.
