UPDATE
Just ordered the airpods and im going to say package did not arrive whats the best way to do this?
and one more thing how many legit orders shoukd i make before attempting another SE

Why not box them?

Along with the charging case, AirPods weigh around 45 grams. A little extra packing will make up the weight.

I got the same opinion, boxing would be way easier.
Or even say empty box. Both easier than dna I think

This, or do a partial refund/replacement.

The AirPods per se weigh 4 grams, which will not register a noticeable weight on consignment.

Given It's a low value Item and extremely light, you can't go wrong using the box method.

Leave it out, considering you would probably say you got the wired earphones for example so I'd leave it out.

Unless you plan on using them very crappy and cheap AirPods rip offs, then include the packaging.

Why would you have to say you received the wired earphones, could you not just return them with standard procedure and not include the item and make the box look tampered with using different colour tape etc?
