Honestly, none at all, I simply said first class so expected in 1 day, as it was 3 says, I think they clicked on that it wasn't arriving, although I have seen companies say "We've received your package earlier today" when nothing was sent, I just think they trust the customer as for customer satisfaction they kinda need to and if this was actually the case and it did get lost in the post, what can the customer do about it? Nothing, so I think companies normally go along with it.

Let me know how it goes.

What method did you use for your SE? Was it the item is not working?

Yeh, I said it came faulty and that I'd tried all the troubleshooting methods that they told me to try.

Me neither tbf mate, they was giving real slow replies and I was starting to give up, that's the reason I didn't send an empty box, however, it worked and I'm happy and I looked up about the method and others had success too.

Just curious, did you come up with the method yourself then realise other people had done it, or use a tutorial?

I came up with it myself then realised others had done it, wasn't planning on doing it myself at first.

Good news guys, I should be receiving a refund. Their replys were fairly quick too. Thanks for all the help.

Guys, I got a question about the wheel. Mine arrived yesterday right and I was wondering if I could return the wheel? Saying I no longer want it. I personally don't think it will work but I'm curious as to what you guys think or if anyone has tried returning the wheel.
