Anyone know how to refund amazon college textbooks?

I've ordered the book. I'm going to wait a day after I get it and call and use the DNA method. It should work, as it's sold and fulfilled by amazon.

As opposed to a third-party seller fulfilling the order but distributed by Amazon (whereby by Amazon will send the funds to the third-party seller), I certainly agree It's best when It's both sold and fulfilled by Amazon alone.

Please advise with It's progression.

Okay so, so far I ordered my textbook, it should be coming in the 10th of this month.
Once I get it we will proceed from there.
If they ship using a courier that weights the package (E.G Fedex)
I wouldn't be able to use the DNA method can I?

The DNA (Did Not Arrive) method Is just that- you didn't receive It.

Whether It's weighed or not, Is Immaterial. It can weigh 50 pounds or 50 grams, It makes no difference when you haven't physically receive It.

Order something liquidy and go with leaked! I have personally tried this for 5 books costing 120$ total

It is no problem. Start live chat. Say you never got it, bought it from the book store, forgot alll about it, remembered and now you want a refund. It never came, whatever. They must have gave it to someone else. Make sure it is fullfilled by Amazon tho.

Well I they "attempte" delivery and left me a note that i have to take to my post office along with an ID to pick it up. I can't refund if it says that I picked it up. I really need to refund this thinking about using empty box no textbook inside

Or you can put another old random book inside. They might not even notice the difference, or even argue that you received the wrong book in the first place.
