Let's say I take ram, since boxes in Germany are often weighed.
For around 160€.
Also little side note I have bought quite alot with my acc. Does this make it easier?

Boxes are always weighed on consignment, Irrespective of destination/location.

Given Ram weighs next to nothing, It won't be comparable to the same shipment with an empty box, hence use that method (empty box).

Completely empty box? Have you done that before? I had in my mind that I order a few things tick the box so it all comes in 1 package and then say the ram didn't come.

I've done a lot, way beyond this.

Either of the two will suffice- partial refund or the empty box per se. If you opt for the latter, be sure to make a tear on the box that's consistent with the size of the Item (Ram) or just a little bigger. Seal It with a different colored tape thereafter. This will give the Impression as though It was tampered with during transit.

Very well said. Indeed, when the package is near little weight, the empty box may work.
Or even better, you can state that the ram was not in the package to begin with
