If I'm not able to get a signature outside of the property and can only do one at the actual house will this result in a failure of the refund attempt?

No. Please look at what I posted. Switch out the hardware for broken hardware.
Or, tell them that the cooler isn't working properly and the CPU has fried
etc

@DragonicRek I've changed my mind im opting to buy a gaming laptop so the pc missing or not working hardware won't be viable

I believe using a DNA method would be best for the laptop then no? @DragonicRek
