New member + Amazon SE question #1
Hi SL im new and wanted to ask a question, im look to SE a sony playstation 4 pro from amazon on a aged account with loads of purchases but I did SE a playstation back in 2015 which was double dip and refund. would it work from this account ? and does anyone have any suggestions of the best method to use (sorry aint done this in a long time). I heard the empty box method is hard in the UK as the depot weigh packages

Thanks in advance guys

RE: New member + Amazon SE question #2
All packages are weighed on consignment.

In this case, the empty box method Is a little difficult due to the size of the Item than anything else. The "didn't arrive" method Is a better option.

Yes it would work from that account provided that the charger was the only refund and that you have more purchases in between

You could try the didn't arrive method. They would most likely have you fill out a police report. That's probably the only way they would go through with the refund. Don't have anyone sign for the PS4 either.

You could say you called the police department about what happened and that the person that answered said that the issue would best be handled by Amazon, as they're responsible for ensuring the items arrives.

sounds like a good idea but if they ask for someone to sign for it will this make it harder to SE?

Yes, this shows that it was received.

so that would make the didn't receive it method invalid.....but they weigh the packages so I cant say the box is empty...any ideas
