the new Dragon Ball Heroes i just dont understand whats it bout .whats the purpose like ? to revise power levels for upcoming movie ? to provide a filler ..like why do it ?

From what I know, the new dragon ball is mean to bridge the gap between Super and Dragon Ball Heroes

but its called the db heroes nahh ,,,m not saying is bad or anything and yes u watch db to see goku power up at this point i think everyone is just curious where the creator can take power levels and and whats next ...but m justy confused like whhy this arc they just fight powerup and fight n next they fight again

super was the last one with tournament arc nahh .......if then i waited entire season for fusion and did not get it ! ...specially blue fusion .. i was like now ...now ...now atleast.......
