In terms of fast food chains, many years ago I SEd McDonald's several times by simply calling them and claiming I didn't receive fries/Big Mac upon my arrival home.

I specifically chose that option (home), mainly for the fact that they cannot prove otherwise once I left their premises.

Basically the same, I messaged dominos on twitter about an order that was placed maybe a week ago, i complained(of course it was still good lol), they had the store contact me and i got a 25.00 in store call only credit. With chipotle, i just emailed and say i got bad food, and they sent 2 burrito cards, and so i double dipped and say the cards never arrived(emailed them a week later after i got the cards and was craving chipotle).

I mean if you wanted to make the process go by quicker, I guess you could start with the get go of calling them? But by email, they'll have the place call you, but it takes them about 2/3 days, at least that's how long they took for me.
