I've personally used tunnelbear for a short period of time and got the job done for most cases. Thanks for sharing.

Stating the obvious, In terms of the latter & compromising entities and the like, never provide Identifiable payment when purchasing a VPN.

It defeats It's purpose of anonymity.

It's easier said than done to provide non-identifiable payment, though. To purchase bitcoin on most exchanges, you are required to provide identifiable information. To purchase Visa gift cards, you are walking into a store, buying the card with your own form of payment, and have a witness or two (along with the potential for being on camera).

For purchases of that nature (gift cards, personally attending stores), I agree It's somewhat Inevitable.

I've purchased a VPN service many years ago In cash, no ties, no Information relative to any or part of my Identity. In the last 5 years or so, I've resorted to cracked accounts. There's always a way/method to keep your ID concealed.

That's interesting. I never knew that you could purchase a VPN with cash.

It was an offshore VPN (not widely known) and because It was so many years ago, I don't recall exactly which one.

I'll check my external HDD and locate It.

Interesting. How did you send them the cash? Did you mail it?

Yes, I sent It via mail.

Of course, there was an element of risk Involved- either they could've taken my money, or provide the service. Luckily for me, It was the latter. I did my research prior to sending the cash but when you're dealing without any digital footprint, you've got no grounds to generate a dispute.

I am a streaming lover, and love to stream worldwide safely and securely.
I went to googling and found an amazing guide on Best Free VPN Services of 2018, below is the list of Top 5 totally free services for secure and safe streaming.
1. Windscribe Free VPN Download
2. TunnelBear Free VPN Download
3. SecurityKiss Free VPN Download
4. Proton Free VPN Download
5. Hide.me Free VPN Download

Here I would like to disagree that no-one at any case should use a Free VPN Service at any cost. Here is why:

1: They Keep Logs
2. They keep track of all your data,
3. Your IP address is at leak,
4. Slower browsing speeds,
5. Unstable connections
6. Vulnerable encryption.

Worst of all, they sell your personal information to third party sites which directly means they are stealing your identity.

Therefore, I would suggest to subscribe to a paid VPN service and stay protected of these risks. I prefer to use Ivacy VPN as they offer best discounted deals and highly secure encryption and fast downloading without spying on you.

Be It a free or paid VPN, their no log policy should be taken with a grain of salt.

You never know (and never will know) what happens behind closed doors.

I plop down the 6.95 for Private Internet Access and it is worth every penny. I can setup multiple types of connections w/o even installing their software; I can run Windows VPN on one server and then further run it through the desktop app, and then they have a browser extension and a proxy server. I want Antone watching to see my frames bounce off pinballing back and forth across the world and then disappearing. Also anti-spy/malware and antivirus software and an internet kill switch if you lose connection to PIA servers.
Yes, I'm paranoid
