Hey, i need help SE'ing parfume. I have an old empty bottle of parfume itself, i have the box, but no idea what to do with them. I was thinking something between the lines of saying it were shattered during shipping if it were necessary i could even send foto proof. but what if they want to see shipping info and proof of purchase? Amazon receipt wouldnt cut it, cause i think they would say to write to amazon for a refund

Amazon receipt would work. Unless they check the order number. Companies like Logitech I know can look up the order number and find out exactly what you ordered and everything.

You could try the amazon print generator. I would focus on the possible outcomes from the questions you provided with a good solution and sticking with it.

Provide the POP and consignment details and If requested, send your old bottle In pieces- at an equilibrium to justify It was damaged during transit, but not In an Identifiable state to suggest It's not the original bottle. To give the appearance It's the original, be sure to add a few drops of perfume of the legit purchase.

You could always just order it and decanter it, but then you probably wouldn't be able to keep the bottle if that's something that matters to you.

How long ago did you order this?
If you ordered it like a month ago, it would be a harder story believe that it took you a month to call in
