I'm not sure if it's just me but I tried doing a logitech SE which is supposed to be the easiest one but I'm having trouble with it

Whenever they ask for a serial number (and I give it to them) they say that my serial number is either fine/ not eligible for warranty and then they ask me for proof of purchase which i don't know how to get

this basically causes me to fail the SE, what do i do?

Proof of purchase is a receipt.
Where do you say you bought your item?

I made a thread with a working amazon receipt generator so you might be able to use that one
