Initial Question: I haven't received this package even though it has been marked as delivered. I tried talking to multiple Amazon customer support and they keep telling me they'll "investigate on this issue. It has been nearly 2 weeks and they keep telling me that the investigation team only takes a few days

If they were to disallow It, you can dispute their decision.

Your address doesn't denote you specifically. A number of people could be living under the same roof leading separate lives, with no knowledge of each other's movements. As such, the address per se, holds no ground on the account holder's transactions.
