I recently got a 600$ gucci shirt from a 3rd party seller. It was supposed to be signed for coming from DHL but I authorized for them to leave it without signing, how should I go about this, say it didn't come or pull off the tag and return it and hope that they send it back (Returns are not accepted with tag off) and win the A-Z Claim after my refund is denied?

In all your years of SEing, you've never experienced a scenario similar to this?

Stating the obvious, simply use the box method.

Don't do it to small 3rd party sellers that's wrong, doing it to company's that don't pay tax is okay

You should've just signed for it and said that it wasn't in the box like @mothered said.

The second method will work as it's with a 3rd party seller, but it seems a lot of effort when you could just go the simple route.

I can manipulate it much deeper. 3rd party sellers HAVE to give a US return address, it's written in the policy. This is coming from Italy and there is no US return address that they can provide, so I simply just win the case right there.

I am THE go to guy for Amazon information, I've laid low on forums, I just now found out that I'm not the only one. There is no new information on here or leaked forums that I didn't learn on my own solo, I know EVERYTHING. If anyone wants I'll sell my Skype to give any information anyone wants regarding anything, I got it. I was the original one when I was 12 and would open 10 chats at a time and have 10 reps proccess a refund at the same time and I'd get 10x profit. This has been patched now but just examples of my capabilities, can transfer gift funds from banned accounts, etc. I actually tried applying to be a security tester for Amazon, never got a response.
