Amazon SE: freight-forwarder #1
Hey guys, I'm stuck at trying to SE Amazon for a refund because my order was delivered to a freight-forwarder.
Amazon Reps all say that I need to send proof (screenshot of freight-forwarder tracking page) showing the item did not arrive to amazon email before the order can be considered for a refund.

Is there anyone with an idea on how to bypass this and get a refund?.
Would a photoshoped screenshot work?.

Please I need ideas, or I'm gonna lose my capital.
Thanks.
@mothered: any ideas you can give to me?

Did your package already arrive to you or is it still in transport?

You can try using https://corrupt-a-file.net/ and sending it in an email and playing dumb as fuck. This might call for contacting multiple people like you've done already though. Calling angry as hell or emotional about it to the point of hysteria may also work.

You can try PS'g a screenshot and if they say something's wrong on it you can say that you called the customer service of the freight forwarder a shit ton of times (20+) but they've insisted that your tracking matches up perfectly.

When you're feeling remorseful for someone how was it done? Think about it with a clear head and not in panic mode like you are now.

If you really can't lose this money chalk this up as an L, send it back for your refund, and regroup for the next try.
Detach from your emotions & see the whole picture.

As @relaxed state mentioned above, send them a corrupted file using the said website.

I've tested that site and It works very well Indeed. I can confidently say (due to corruption), that they'll request the file again. Do just that, but In a different file format - just to give the Impression that you're making an effort of your part to resolve the Issue. If need be, repeat the process with the corrupted file using various file extensions, and assure them the file Is working fine on your end. At the same time, be polite and apologetic.

In my experience, the majority of times, It's resulted In a successful outcome. They simply end up giving In hence fulfill your request.
