Letter from Amazon??! #1
Amazon emailed me after making an order for 1000+ earlier . My order gets delivered in a few days?
This is my second SE on the account with 2 legitimate purchases.
am I screwed ? or should I just play it cool and wait for the 72 hours?
"hello, we recently reviewed your account for order activity details. your order history shows that you have claimed refunds for items that you did not receive from your multiple accounts. we know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. in these instances, a refund or replacement may be issued. to help prevent another missed delivery, please verify your shipping addresses. please go to “your account,” and update any incorrect shipping information."

Edit** BTW I plan to tell them that I've received the package and signed for it but only received the cheaper items ? is this a good idea? has anyone attempted this ? the smaller items cost about $30 in all and the other two items add up to $970 .

Judging by their email, It appears that they're simply trying to establish your claim(s) for missing Items - as stated here:

What method did you use In your original SE? Changing your story Is an admission of guilt.

So what does this part of their email related to?

What i'm trying to figure out isn't what the email says , but more of why they sent this all of a sudden after a large purchase of $1000.

I'm also trying to establish the reason behind the email but judging by your replies and the context of the email, It's not adding up.

Did you claim refunds for missing Items at any point?

Well evidently, that's what the email Is relative to. The cost Is Immaterial, It's the nature of the email that's of significance.

My views on this Is expressed In my second post. Compliance on your part Is Imperative, so do as they ask and verify your shipping details. Their response will determine the next course of action (If any).

It wouldn't be wise to SE from an account that's pending confirmation.

As mentioned, do as they ask and wait for their response.
