24/7 online booking done via her www.vargaro.com account

credit/debit transactions and cash

money deposited into 1 of 3 accounts (I have account holder name and last 4 accnt numbers, and address, and some of er emails)

i have complete and full control of the business router in the shop

Owner also leaves an android phone always on with "allow installation from unkown sources" enabled.

You do not need one, but i suggest you get one. Check online for abandoned houses. Then ship to that house.
