What's 'pellet'? I have never heard of it. Do you have any pictures? I think that the thing I am thinking about is not the same as yours.

Aren't they just going to open up the box and see a box of pellet and figure out what's going on? I'm also curious as I tried Sonos last week and they told me to send it back. I'm in uk, is dry ice hard/expensive to get a hold of?

They shipped before my package was delivered.
They didn't told me nothing at the moment.

I don't live in the US. I live in Ireland. Bought 10kg of Dry Ice pellets for 55 euro. I needed it to do dji mavic.
