If you’ve recived the brush, then just say you have not gotten it, I’ve triple dipped them.

Yeah, they took more than 4 months to ship it to me. They lost the first 2 in transit, then finally the 3rd one arrived. Shipping was like 4 weeks for each, then calculate the waiting I have done until they finished their investigation and whatever.

For future reference, send a corrupted file and when they request another (which they will), keep sending more (corrupted) files with different file formats and be polite and apologetic.

This will seem as though you're making every effort on your end to resolve the matter.
