Has anyone tried to SE Philips from Europe? They are a pain in the ass. They redirected me to Phiilips Romania from Philips US and Philips UK and they are asking for the product to be delivered in order to check it. Any sugestions?

Yes. Just got my reply back today after contacting them last Thursday, replacement is on its way.

Yes. Just got my reply back today after contacting them last Thursday, replacement is on its way.

I'm from UK and I used UK site. Was pretty easy because they have a live chat so if you can convince them you've pretty much got it.

I'm from UK and I used UK site. Was pretty easy because they have a live chat so if you can convince them you've pretty much got it.

That's good for you. Unfortunately their romanian site has a diferent warranty policy.

Refund method mate, i'm doing all major shaver companies.

I will post an in depth guide to them all soon as I have time.

Refund method mate, i'm doing all major shaver companies.

The refund method is pretty impossible here in my country since they check and inspect the product. That's the warranty policy in my country.
