I was successful I didn’t have to send mine back however they’re only replacing the core of the speaker with no chargers or accessories. Can someone show me a pic of how the charge for the speaker would look like I might have one in my house somewhere.

Yeah I also got only the core. It has micro USB tho so I hope you can charge it on a phone charger. Notamused

Got mine including accessories Smile

Only had to change the charger they provided since it is an US charger, but got the cable's too. Charging works with phone chargers too ^

Did you have to pay import taxes to EU? Where do you live? On my Fedex tracking it says it went trough some import tax facility or something...

Sadly I gave them the model number from the non-xl version I found on Amazon and just later realized they had a much better one Sad

Didn't have to pay anything, I went for one of the cheaper speakers on their site

Fugoo makes bluetooth speakers that are waterproof and dust proof.

This will not be a hard tutorial it was very easy for me.
But I will not promise you this will work for everyone.

- So you have to email them and say that your speaker is broken, for example say that the speaker won't connect any more to different devices.
- After that they will give you a few options how you can reset the speaker.
- You will tell them that this didn't worked.
- Then they sent a form where you have to put in all your billing details. Like your address and full name.
- After this they shipped a new one to me.

Confirmed this is working, have 6 speakers on the way from a “company” order.

If you you guys can’t figure his out you need special help, it was that easy.
