Tell them you have the Item with you but you're away from home for business purposes (and periodically relocating as Instructed by your employer), hence cannot receive the return label. You can then (supposedly) send the Item through an Insecure gateway.

The objective Is to match the weight of the dry Ice with the Item In question. In transit, the dry Ice will (slowly) melt, allowing enough time for the target to receive an empty box.
