Hi. I've been using this method for a while now and it works like a charm, sometimes you get some extra's and you can do multiple. or hand them out to friends who need them.
It's quite straightforward, you want to go to a website that sells things either 2nd hand or brand new, I usually use eBay. Gumtree OR Craiglist.
You want to search the item that you need an S/N for and message the seller. If you find someone who's selling used, you have a much higher chance, If you message a distributor, they know most of the time's whats going on and might tell you that they're not allowed to give S/N out prior to purchases, so keep that in mind, still try them just incase.
Message the seller, and tell them that you want to purchase this item, however you purchased a fake on last week, and so need the serial number so you can check on the manufacture's website to see if it's genuine, THEN ADD IN : As soon as I check it and everything come's out alright. I'll put payment through ASAP/ I will bid for the item/ I can prepare to make an offer with you / I can arrange a date to come see it. These are some different methods to use
The way you'll always get it is if you make them think you need it urgently, and if they think it's a quick sell, they won't hesitate to hand over the serial number, I added a number of excuses you can use, they apply to eBay, craiglist and gumtree, you'll know which one's apply to which
Once you have your method down, message 3-4 people with the same product, then you can sit back and wait. I usually get responses in 2-3 hours. But this entirely depends on the person you never know
You can message abroad for some s/n's aswell. I got my Rode serials from germany and I'm from UK, they are also more inclined to give you them aswell
Thanks for reading, have a merry christmas and a happy new year!
