amazon germany police report

Hello
i need help guys. i used empty box method they did investigation and told me no refund. they told me they could refund me in case i show them police report.
can somebody help me i'm in germany

This Is contradictory. That'll either decline the refund or go ahead with It, obviously not both.

If they do require a police report, simply make a statement and get one. An Investigation Is part of company protocol based on the merit of the account holder's request/actions.

They range from state to state and depending on the crime too for some reason
Can go from anywhere to $10 - thousands of dollars
