I have contacted NZXT for a replacement, due to my region they have not asked me to return a "defective" part, so far they asked me to destroy their product and take a picture of it, with any cables or tubes cut in the picture, along with a piece of paper with my name on it. So I used my photoshop skills to create this

Just hope they don't examine the metadata. To circumvent such an inspection, screenshot the image instead of using the original image.

metadata was not removed completely, it was modified to be real. anyway, they agreed to proceed with rma
